Phew! that was a narrow escape

Panic sets in at Bangalore. 7 serial blasts rock the city. Thank god they were of low intensity!
For some strange reason I wanted to stay back at college today and get a reference book from the library. My classmate was helping me find the book, call it work of fate there was not a single copy in the library. So I wanted to buy the book the book store was closed for lunch. My new found enthusiasm for the strategy course over-powered my will to run to work for the sumptuous food. I convinced myself to eat in college.
I hung around the bookstore till 2pm only to find out that the book was out of print.
After browsing for a while, I left the campus to be greeted by really bad traffic at Madiwala. I spent over 1hr in the madivala junction. I cursed the ever efficient traffic cops and politicians who fancy a mid-day high security city tour.
Little did I know that I missed a bomb blast by 10-15mins.
There are a couple of hypothetical situations that make me involuntarily shudder:
-> High intensity bombs like the Hyd/Coimabtur bombs
-> Me driving by the bus stand 15mins earlier like a do every other Friday!

Sigh!!
